Anybody here old enough to remember this guy?

I was sitting at my desk and dropped a chip. It fell into a drawer. Went looking for it and found this.

I was given this when I was a little tyke in grammer school. That means it's over 20 years old. O.K., over 40. Alright, already, over 60. But not by much.
