My covers began falling off about 2 months ago, Terry. In past years, I have removed the front and back covers when new, had them laminated and punched at Kinkos and threaded the binding back on. Looks like I'll have to start doing that again. The extra weight of the larger book makes it more likely to happen as it slides around on the table and gets thrown on a shelf.

It would probably at a buck or so to do that for all the copies and would likely boost the price, but if enough users make the same comment, maybe the authors will consider it.
