It's a 'golf-curse' chip, Pete. Now listed in TCR at $30-40 and barely worth that in my opinion. Hundreds exist as all the last issue Dunes chips were made available to chip dealers.

Some eBay sellers do get $40-50 with proper scans and hype, but there are plenty of these chips out there for all of us... (all but the $25,000 pumpkin, of course).
