Guess I should have read more closely. I guess I focused in on your following comment:

"...I am going to give a $1 chip below (your choice of the Christmas or Halloween) to the first 20 members from number R-5800 up...".

Either way, you are being very generous and I by no means want to complain about your offer.

Your enticement (and the additional offers that I thought appied), did get me to join. (I was kind of on the fence to begin with).
