I just decided to pick up this crazy hobby yesterday!! I haven't had time to join the CC>CC or even get my first chip/trader yet! Does this offer happen often, or am I missing the boat here??? I doubt I'll have time to join via snail mail and still be one of the top 20 (especially since some of the offers are being extended to only those members who've already joined). Please tell me this is an offer that is extended regularly.
