That Code of Ethics fosters an atmosphere contrary to what you fear, i.e., people trying to get the better of you and your traders. But let me make this perfectly clear, just because someone is not a Club member, it does not mean that they have no ethics. However, if you (as a member) gets crossed by another member, there is an avenue for recourse.
