A quick question for the casino personnel out there. If a Canadian (or other foreign national) hits a very large slot machine jackpot, does the casino issue them an IRS 1099-form and deduct the federal tax on the spot, like it would for an American? Does anyone know the procedure? I would imagine this is a fairly common occurance.
