Trying to revitalize the dying downtown area of Louisville KY, The Hard Rock is putting a location in the center of town. Completeion date to be 2004.
Probably be only a cafe, since the legislators already screwed up and let Caesars go 20 minutes away in Indiana.
Now they want to put videos in Churchill Downs.
