The first is from Casino Aztar, Indiana (scan is coutesy of Greg Susong). I believe this is one of a series of six chips.

The later is from Ramada Express, Laughlin (also an Aztar property) (scan is coutesy of Paul Hegge). This is part of a very difficult to get set of "Back to the 1940's" chips.

Neither has "Rosie the Riviter" named, however, I believe that that is the purpose of the image. (Rosie was before my time!) (I also prefer the Norma Jean version!)
