On my last visit to Harrahs Reno, they gave me cash from my previous play but told me the rest would be mailed to me; what came was a coupon to be redeemed in person in Reno, and it expires in 3 months!

I understand why they do it... they are using the carrot of the cash-back to increase visits, but it's not a very attractive bonus system for players anymore.
