Harvey Fulller's Index... only lists slots and 21 on the gaming permit. Watching all the old Las Vegas footage on television these days I see lots of silver dollars being used in lieu of chips and even tables with no chips at all, just the silver. My speculation would be that the n/d chips were put into play as needed with denominations determined by the needs of the moment, probably being used as fractionals. I would think a "joint" like Club Bingo would rather use the silver than pony up for the addional expense of $1 chips. Also, I'd rather pay Campiglia/Wells prices for those chips instead of TCR!!!
