As Bob said, holding a few dollar bills visable in one of your hands certainly can't hurt. They may take it the wrong way and expect a tip. Depending how cooperative they are might determine if you, in fact, let go of the teaser or put them back in your pocket.

The best way, however, is to develope a relationship with the same person, but this will only work if you frequent the casino often so they will get to know you.
