This 'tray is not all that rare and I'd agree with the $20 or so price. I have 2 in my bicentennial collection, one is a darker shade than the other so I consider them different even though as a 'specialty' tray for the Bicentennial, it probably isn't. It is possibly the only bicentennial casino ashtray with the exception of the Frontier, also listed on my Bicentennial Gallery. I'm not sure of the Frontier 'tray although it has a "patriotic" theme.
