Guy high on PCP climbs a power pole. Utility workers and police try to get him down. The power on the lower wires are cut, but before they can cut the power to the upper (high voltage) wires he ignores everyone and climbs higher.
Touches the wrong wires. . .That is him, he's the fireball. Believe it or not, the guy lived.
