You talk about lawyers double talk . . . listen to yourself.

THe vast majority of drug users DO NOT become addicted.
Your response was:
Yea, I said that too during my 35 years of pack+ a day smoking. "I can quit any time I want, I'm not addicted." It's a favorite among Alcoholics too! Pretty lame argument.
What does your nicotine addiction have to do with the premise that the majority of drug users do not become addicted? As a former smoker myself I would certainly agree that nicotine is the exception to the rule. I know almost no person who smokes and is not an addict. But with every other drug, casual users far exceed the number of addicts.
>>People don't drink responsibly
Speak for yourself. I drink responsibly and so do my friends and family. The number of people who drink responsibly far exceeds those who abuse alcohol.
>>Want your pilot to do a couple of rails before take-off?
(forgive me but what are "rails")
Now has anybody here advocated for that. Drugs can be legalized and it can still be illegal to engage in certain conduct while under the influence (Just as alcohol is legal but driving while intoxicated is not)
