My experience is that the red Chipcos will bleed sometimes. Problem is, they will bleed onto practically anything. They probably don't bleed onto the plastic in the cardboard flips though. I use the double plastic flips because I don't like the staples in the cardboard flips. I've scratched a lot of chips that way. The nice thing about the boxes though is the ease that you can move things around.
