I agree with Peter.

Who's fault is it these things are happening? The older generation that had the power to prevent these problems.

I was lucky (unlike some) to grow up in a safe environment, but I do blame the generations before me, and the ones before those for allowing situations I could have been put in.

I think the younger generations are the strong, brave, etc., for dealing with the hand dealt to them.
