Some video poker games (depending on the pay tables) actually have an advantage for a player who plays perfect strategy (Though very few players can claim this) others may not give the advantage to the player, but have such a small house advantage (again to those who can actually play the perfect strategy) that when cash back and comp programs are factored the player has an advantage.
