I had problems at PayPal's AuctionFind. It didn't list any auctions that I had won, so I went the old route. A week later, all the auctions appeared after I had already paid for them. Now, I go directly to Send Money and enter the info myself. Easier on the blood pressure.

It's next to useless to attempt to contact PayPal directly. They make it far too difficult to get through.

Funny though, after reading the postings about identity theft, it would seem that the hacks have no problem getting through and around PayPal and eBay.
