My chip is neither medal aligned, nor coin aligned. Ace of diamonds handat 12:00 position is over the "v" in silver on one side. If you flip it over, as if to check a medal position, the "s" in silver in under the dice at 9:00 position. I explained it this way because I'm not sure if it's a quarter turn or what.
