Perhaps the CCGTCC could organize a volunteer group effort to clean their chips for them. They could send a portion of each denomination to each club member and we could promise to return a like number of cleaned chips to them. Of course if any were too badly contaminated we would be obligated to take them out of circulation in the interest of public safety.
