I am right about the BHCC.
In case you're wondering if I made up the PR attribution, according to USPC records the chip was delivered to Gonales (sp?) Padin Co. New York office.
Also, according to USPC records, The Casino Espanol - San Juan, PR c&s was delivered to the Gonzalez Padin Co. San Juan, P.R.
Gonzalez Padin Co. was a large Department store in San Juan. Many times deliveries to PR, Cuba, Central and South America went through the New York office of USPC.
I assumed it's Casino de Puerto Rico. Al Rollins seems to think it's another place (I forget the name) for which he's been looking for chips for the past 10 years. However, he too is sure it is P.R.
