As for your question regarding the Taj Mahal ... I can't answer that. I was not involved in the project negotiations with Taj. I'm merely a supporter of the program who was asked to make these chips available to my regular New Issues Service subscribers at the Chapter's offer of $1 over face value, plus postage... to which I agreed.
