I got these chips from a pit boss at Harrah in New Orleans. He told me that Harrahs gave these away as promo chips to promote the city. I havent seen these before and was wondering, since they don't say Harrahs on them, if maybe these were a purchased chip,i.e., they are sold in shops all over the city... or maybe they were sold just in Harrahs gift shop, or maybe they had them made to a limited quantity. Were they only given out to certain people like high rollers? Any information on them would be appreciated. Oh, both sides are the same.
