BriaN; I don't know how many A.C. Chapter meetings you have attended ... but every meeting I've attended there has been a period for Chapter Members to bring up and discuss any subject they want. We've even had several of the CC & GTCC officers present from various administrations over the years who were in attendance to hear the views of Chapter members. I even remember one candidate who travelled all the way from California for no other purpose than to meet the Chapter members and officers and talk with us exclusively ... and flew back home after the meeting was over.
