This is an issue of the "CHIPS AT FACE" program that some chippers are involved in vs. a project that is intended to benefit the club's Building Fund.

Scott (and others) still don't understand the basic concept ... that if this chip were available at face value ... the Building Fund would not benefit one cent! If it were not for the Building Fund ... this chip project would never have been undertaken. Scott is looking to save himself a lousy $2 because he won't be able to get the chips at face value from another chipper who is enrolled in the "Chips At Face" program!
