I have recieved a few of these fake messages from Ebay and even Paypal over the past few weeks. They are scams to get your cc and banking info. If you look into the actual headers of the email the sender is someone other than Ebay once you look past the alias.

When I contacted Ebay they advised me if you had actually gone to an EBAY site it would have been a secure site with an address starting with https:// instead of http://, but even then I would not trust it. Only if I could access it thru the main Ebay website would I trust it.

You can never be too carefull, with your account and banking info!!!
