the only way that EVERYONE can get this chip is if EVERYONE has access to an order-form or to the AC Chapter. If they are released to the gaming tables more will have access to the chip. You are assuming that members of the CCGTCC are the only ones who collect chips. For the record I did not say that the AC Chapter had cornered the market, we do not have all the information as to the release details. If the chips are being released to a gaming table they may not have the release cornered, if however they are the only ones allowed to purchase the chips then yes, they will have cornered the market on this release.
