Mike Custodio said that the agreement with the Taj has any excess chips, made in order to round off the issue numbers, staying in the cage and that the only way to get the chips is through the club. Can you say one way or the other what the deal is with the overage, if any?

I don't know everyone that shows up to buy chips when the casinos have new issues but isn't it safe to say that not everyone who collects will be a club or chapter member? What about those collectors who may not even know about these chips until after they are ordered and made?
