I have used both services. I have found that in many cases you can get lower prices on Jackpot primarily because they charge less to host an auction. I have had nothing but good experiences on Jackpot and plan to use them more in the future. EBay definitely has more traffic and you can occasionally get higher bids from non-chippers. I still plan to use both services.
