I found the store site and there are 600 chips for sale, $1 each. I would still like to know if they were a real casino chip or a home play. The scan is too small for me to see what it says on the sides of the values, but it does say "Hotel & Casino" on the bottom. (which means nothing)

In other words I can't pick up a location on the chips. I'll assume, home play unless someone knows otherwise.

The seller has "James Bond" chips, Silverbirds, gunfighters and some other Home Play chips for sale, so that might be an indication?
