Unfortunately Ebay allows a seller to end auctions early. Even worse they all a seller to cancel all the bids before ending the auction.

So the seller was suspended for some other reason. I'd say perhaps for shill bidding or fee avoidance but that wouldn't explain the auctions being ended early.
