Unless I am mistaken, unlisted H&C mold roulettes with Serif & with Stars from Harrah's Reno.

Yellow, H&C(SCV), R-Red Inlay, White print.

TCR does list a Yellw, H&C but with Long Canes. This one has SHORT CANES.
