This chip came from JamesC at the recent chip show. A paper paste-on parking chip based on the dollar Binions chip. This one is serialized, something I haven't seen in a parking chip before... wonder why they bothered. I'd value in an E-F range unless more show up. From the number on this one, it would appear a lot were made but I haven't seen any of them.
