I guess it's all a matter of perception why some folks think the bb has slacked off and the reasons why.

One thing I suspect is that with the proliferation of other bbs (silver strikers, slot card collectors, plus Chapters websites, and more and more individual chippers putting up websites of their own .... there's only so much time in the day to visit them all ... and then there is EBAY which takes up enourmous amounts of time, whether buying, selling, or just "tire-kicking".

Rather than a lack of interest that some have opinionated, I think there is an INCREASED interest in chip collecting judging by the amount of my chipping related email that needs attention.
