Maybe someone can help me... I've searched around on the internet and found nothing about this item. It has Grosvenor Casinos Millenium and is made out of silver metal. The edge is dark blue (appears enameled) and the center has a yellow and silver butterfly. It is marked 2 pounds and I was told it was from Southampton, England.

Does anyone know if it was put out in 1999, 2000 or 2001 and whether it is a chip or token. Any help would be appreciated.
