Pete and I agree on most things and I hope his reponse was tongue and cheek. It's important to teach kids about gambling, sex, and a whole lot of things but there's nothing wrong with having him share your collecting interests. My kids and nephews helped me scrounge for chips when they were kids and each turned out OK--none collect chips.
