Thanks Larry. I wouldn't have a clue, without your figures on this. I received the flatbed scanner free, along with an old computer. Just making it run (SCSI) under windows 2000 was magic.

The pictures using the Mavica, were my only way to make chip images until last year. So there is going to be alot of variation due to cropping. They are not as sharp as the scanner. So my new Scanjet 5P from the 90's is a great improvement.

Are these two about right? They are 100% scans on the flatbed. Hmm, nice lost hair on the image.
