Pete, all 3 of your images "report" to be 72 dpi. The 3 chips including the Fatt's are really 100 DPI and the Stockmen's is a hair over that, about 105. The bottom image really is 72 DPI. We know the actual chip is approx. 1.54 inches in diameter, and it's 110 pixels across in the image. It's tiny and hard to see on my 19" monitor. Zooming in with my graphics program, I see it's blurry and has poor detail. Personally, I think you lose too much by rendering a chip in less than 150 by 150 pixels (for the chip itself). That's about 96 DPI.
