That is one area in which you and I are not in agreement. I believe it should automatically be incumbent upon the party passing (trading or selling) an item to disclose any unusual conditions before the consummation of the transaction. ****

I believe we are in agreement. My suggestion was for sellers who don't do this automatically. If you are aware of the Brass issue you would have noticed this did not happen-also with the Repo ashtrays. If I buy obsoletes-true 99 out of 100 will disclose honestly. What about the one that doesn't and in time down the road you find out differently. If you have all disclosures printed out, you have proof of what they said to be false.
