Since restoration and repairing of chips not only will happen, but is now happening I propose the following addition to the Code of Ethics: To refrain from selling or trading any restored or repaired chip without prior written notification.

We than toss the idea around, play with the wording, etc. I think such an addition may be the best we can do under the circumstances.
