Its not about being the devil's advocate. Being that these have NCV I'm not as concerned about the issue.

But it was wrong for Rene to point to those of us who objected to his original plan, and suggest that someone had complained to Gaming and that is the reason that he allegedly scuttled the deal, when in fact he went ahead with the project and needed Gaming approval anyway.
