My entire Aruba collection is presented here.
I have an HP scanner also and very little grasp of things computer image wise. Do you see a screen titled "HP Precision Scan LTX when you start your scanner? If so, resolution can be adjusted by going to "Settings" and then "Resolution" on the drop-down menu. Someone posted this website for scanner help, perhaps you'll be able to find some info:
