It is a converted Pachisco machine. Has one arm bandit and it stops randomly like a regular slot machine. Most Pachisco machines you have to press the three buttons to stop wheels. This one works like regular slot, it is great. I have it set to payout at 98%. Have had several guests hit jackpot, which normally pays out about $70.
