Just saw this chip on eBay. Couldn't find this in The Chip Rack either. With the Nevada mold, this gives me the impression that this is a fantasy chip. Can anyone ID it?

The seller on eBay states that he doesn't know what this chip is. It has no stated value but has a club symbol on one side and a TC on the other.
