When I first started collecting chips, I collected everything. Then I looked up and had over 1000 $5 chips. I decided to cut back so I decided to pick a few casino's and try to collect all of their chips (and two sets at that). Unfortunately, I picked the Hard Rock simply because we always eat at the Hard Rock Cafes when we travel....plus, when you have been in the UK for a week or so and you are desperate for familiar food you only have 3 choices....Hard Rock, The Texas Embassy, and TGI Fridays. The unfortunate part is the trap I got into. I got 2 of the 2000 $25 Cinco's thinking I will NEVER have to pay that much again for a chip. Then along came the Sammy's and to make matters worse, they came in a set so you had to buy 4 of those $25 rascals to be complete. Thank goodness I'll NEVER have to pay that much again for a chip.

Anyway, now that I'm in for a few of the tough ones, I feel like I have to keep the sets complete or risk loosing the value that I've accumulated to this point. As they say....in for a dime, in for a dollar.
