Interesting picture, but I doubt that it was taken on 9-11, simply because most flag raising has been done AFTER 9-11. Even if it was, there's no much mystery to it. It's just a mirror for our built-in pattern recognition.

Now if the flag had shown a perfect replica of a $5 Landmark chip, I'd be much more impressed.
