My sister gave me the same chips from the Victorian International Hotel in Warsaw, Poland when she was there about 7 years ago. As Sakpi wrote, they are used at several locations as are the Holland Casinos, Austrian Casinos, Stanley Leisure and Stakis Casino groups.
