These chips were reported as being sold in the Paul-Son outlet store. I did not see this personally, but let us assume that it is true. It is true that most of the chips you can buy at the Paul-Son store are fantasy chips or manufacturer's samples or home use chips or whatever. But there is another possibility. The chips may have been ordered by the casino and never delivered because they went out of business or were rejected by the customer. Usually rejected chips are cancelled. Since these chips are not cancelled, my guess is that they were ordered but not delivered.
