HELP!!! Is this an advertising or poker chip??? It is navy blue, sqincir, HS (gold). Same on both sides. "Blitz Weinhardt Since 1856" (logo). Used in Portland, OR (where Blitz was headquartered).Any help is appreciated. Thank You. Ron "VANChipper"
